Good Things Don't Always Come in Packages: Psychology of Postcards

Postcards are deceptively simple.
Within that flat, regulation size rectangle, swarm the endless possibilities of expression, communication and travel.

Postcards traverse the physical distance of our love for one another and show up at the doorstep worn from the journey- this is part of the charm.
As an example for us all, postcards don't hide anything, but are still complex, able to convey so much through image, text, barcode, date stamp and address and best of all, their journey transforms them...

In this modern age of instant communication, I implore you to put a stamp on it- your love, your gratitude, your admiration... it takes longer than a text or a tweet perhaps, but I can wait a few days for a piece of art to arrive in the mailbox, get posted to the fridge, and remind me everyday that I am loved.
